This course will provide level 5 accounting and business students with a comprehensive understanding of how internal and external factors impact the human resource management function. Students will explore various aspects of HR management, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee engagement. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively navigate the challenges and opportunities presented by internal and external factors in HR management.
