This course is designed to provide level 5 accounting and business students with a comprehensive understanding of the functions of human resource management. Through a series of lessons and topics, students will explore various aspects of HRM, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. By the end of the course, students will have developed the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage human resources in a business setting.
