Course Description :
This course is designed to help level 4 students develop a comprehensive understanding of how the internal and external environment can impact a business. Through a series of interactive lessons, students will explore the needs, interests, and influence of a business’ stakeholders, the features and influence of globalization and technological advancements, as well as techniques to assess both the internal and external environment of a business. The course will also cover PESTLE analysis, including political, economic, social, technological, legal, and environmental factors that can affect a business. Students will learn how to recognize opportunities, prepare for change, and analyse the impact of these factors on a business. By the end of this course, students will have the knowledge and skills necessary to analyse and navigate the complex factors that can affect the success of a business.
